Hi, I’m Lana 🌿✨
I’m a mum of three beautiful daughters, happily married to my hubby of 17 years, and a proud fur-mum to two cats (with a soft spot for fostering the occasional puppy 🐾). My world is filled with plants—indoors and out—and I consider them part of the family too.
I’m drawn to the magic of nature and simple joys: reading, crystals, the moon, the beach, thrifting hidden treasures, and getting hands-on with DIY projects. As a self-care advocate, I love exploring essential oils, wellness rituals, and practices that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
Living with type 1 diabetes has given me a strong appreciation for health, balance, and fitness. I truly enjoy moving my body and finding ways to thrive each day.
